The New Golden Age Begins with Love

In the New Golden Age, love will be our natural response. While this sounds simple, I've found it to be one of the most challenging things to practice consistently. Yet, with awareness and intention, it is possible.

One tool that’s helped me is imagining that every person I meet is their younger self. For example, if someone cuts in front of me in a long grocery store line, I pause and picture them as a six-year-old child. I then speak—or simply hold the space for them—as if I were addressing that innocent child, with patience and compassion.

Before reacting, I set the intention to respond with love. I open my heart and allow only loving energy to guide my words, actions, and presence.

This simple shift in perspective has a ripple effect. It softens my own state of being and invites those around me into a more peaceful awareness. It’s not always easy, and I’m still learning. But even imperfect efforts can create powerful change.

Here are a few practices that help me stay anchored in love:

  • Begin each day by silently sending love to everyone you see with your physical eyes.

  • See beauty in everyone you encounter. Imagine their spirit shining through, no matter how they appear on the surface.

  • Surrender. Let go of the need to control or fix others. Just be present, open, and kind.

If we want to make the world a better place, the change must begin within ourselves. The more we practice responding with love, the more we contribute to a collective transformation.

It starts with one intention, one breath, one loving response at a time.

The Art of Water Weaving: Blessing Water with Intention and Prayer

Water is life. It flows through rivers and veins, connects clouds to oceans, and nourishes every living thing. Yet, water is more than just a physical substance. It is spirit, memory, energy—a sacred element that listens. As a water weaver, I work in harmony with water, speaking to it, blessing it, weaving intention into its flow until it becomes something more: holy water.

What Does It Mean to Be a Water Weaver?

To be a water weaver is to acknowledge water not only as a resource but as a living presence. I speak with water as an ally, a teacher, and a healer. When I say prayer over water, I am not performing magic in the dramatic sense. I am simply offering presence, gratitude, and clear intention. I align my breath, my words, and my heart with the water’s own rhythm. In that moment, something sacred happens.

Water listens.

The Prayer

Each prayer is different, shaped by the place, the purpose, and the people. Sometimes the words come from ancient traditions. Sometimes they come from silence. Here is my most said mantra:

“You are healing Waters, you bring renewal to the cells, the trees, animals and all life. You have source light flowing through you. You are holy water and bearer of life, I am grateful for you. May your journey bring healing. May all who drink from you be restored. May your flow remain free and clean. Thank you.”

In those moments, I am not commanding water—I am partnering with it. Water remembers. It responds to emotion, vibration, sound. Scientists have begun to glimpse this through the work of people like Dr. Masaru Emoto, who studied how water crystals form differently when exposed to words of love versus hate.

How Water Becomes Holy

When water is prayed over, it is transformed—not chemically, but energetically. It becomes a vessel of intention. You might call it “blessed,” “charged,” “holy,” or simply alive with purpose. This water can be used in rituals, given as an offering to plants, placed on altars, or consumed with reverence. I’ve seen people cry after touching water that has been blessed in this way—not because of what I did, but because of what the water is when treated with respect.

Why It Matters

We live in a world that too often treats water as a commodity, something to be bottled, bought, or wasted. But water is a sacred presence. When we bless it, we remember our place in the web of life. We awaken a deeper relationship with nature and with ourselves.

Being a water weaver is not about religion—it’s about relationship. Anyone can do this. Anyone can speak to water, thank it, and listen. It starts with noticing the water in your glass, your shower, your rain. Speak to it. Offer a blessing with intention and conviction. And see how it changes you.

Depression and How Music Can Uplift the Soul

Depression is often called the invisible illness — a heavy fog that wraps around the mind, distorting thoughts, draining energy, and dulling life’s color. For those who experience it, even getting through the day can feel like climbing a mountain with no summit in sight. I recently awoke from a slumber and couldn’t kick the feeling. I was trudging through life feeling trapped and that there was no light at the end of the tunnel.

Yet amidst the struggle, there are moments — brief, but powerful — when light finds its way through. And one of the most unexpected, yet profoundly healing sources of that light is music.

Understanding Depression

Depression isn’t just sadness. It’s a complex mental web of thoughts and feelings that effect and perpetuate how a person feels, thinks, and acts. It can cause persistent feelings of emptiness, hopelessness, and disconnection from the world. People with low energy and depressing feelings often describe feeling numb, like they’re watching life from behind a glass wall.

While healing is rarely a one-size-fits-all journey. It’s deeply personal — and for many, music becomes a lifeline. I recently discovered on Youtube the handpan. This music fills my soul and no matter what my thoughts are, it melts away all of the stress and allows you to be in the NOW. As we ascend higher in vibration we must maintain this vibration because if we are in lower energy we can not manifest from that perspective. I had worked so hard for six months uplifting myself through spiritual reading, listening and practice. I began to question why I feel that one thing is better than the other. For instance, I work in Wealth Management, however I am not happy. I realize that when you are on your path, you are happy. I had a strange dream about the Entity we call Jesus (Yeshua). I woke up vibrating at such a high vibration that the hair on my crown hurt. I knew that I was headed for 5D and that I was integrating. I was still in a job that didnt fulfill me, the same position I had been in for many months but I was happy because I surrendered. As time went on I began to discover that the end of this job was not in sight and that my dreams were not manifesting. In this moment I spiraled into such a depressing state that I would wake up at night in a sweat dreading work the next day. Thoughts of not wanting to give any more of my energy to this place began to appear. I was so dark that my stomach ached and everything made me miserable. My entire being changed, if I saw people happy I couldn’t connect. I was driving to work one day and said to myself that I must get myself out of this. I got myself into it but only I could get myself out… the KEY was music.

The Power of Music

Music is more than entertainment — it’s medicine for the soul. Whether it’s a haunting melody that mirrors your inner pain or binaural beats that pulls your neural pathways inward, music has a way of healing us from within- and quickly. I was able to imagine a White Crystal Pyramid of light surrounding me as I listened to the music.

Here’s how music can help those facing deep sadness:

1. Emotional Validation

Sometimes, just knowing that someone else understands your pain can be powerful. Songs that echo your feelings can validate your experience. Lyrics become a voice for the thoughts you can’t say aloud.

2. Mood Regulation

Upbeat music can help shift your mental state. Even if the change is temporary, that glimpse of relief is meaningful. Fast tempos and major keys often spark energy and release dopamine, a feel-good brain chemical that’s often in short supply during depression.

3. Connection and Belonging

Music builds bridges. It connects people across time, cultures, and experiences. Listening to a song that someone else wrote in their darkest hour reminds us: You’re not alone.

4. Mindfulness and Focus

Music encourages us to be present. Whether you’re focusing on lyrics, harmonies, or rhythms, it can ground your thoughts and offer a break from ruminating on negativity.

5. Inner Strength and Breathing

Inner strength — whether your at your lowest point, see yourself at your highest. Envision what you want to see yourself doing in the highest light. BE the Lion, dig deep and create what you see for yourself. — this can be cathartic. It transforms pain and remember to breath, feel the breath, listen to it and focus.

What Kind of Music Helps?

There’s no universal playlist for depression —and that’s the beauty of it.

Depression can make the world feel silent, gray, and cold. But music, in all its forms, reintroduces warmth and color — sometimes subtly, sometimes all at once. It reminds us of who we are beneath the noise of mental illness and offers a rhythm to hold onto when everything else feels out of tune.

If you're reading this, chances are you're feeling called to explore a deeper part of yourself—your subconscious, past lives, or even your soul's purpose. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session can be a life-changing experience, offering profound insight and healing. But like any transformative journey, preparation is key.

Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for your first QHHT session and get the most out of it.

1. Set a Clear Intention

Before your session, take some quiet time to reflect on why you’re drawn to QHHT. Ask yourself:

  • What do I hope to discover or heal?

  • What clarity am I seeking?

  • Am I open to receiving guidance from my Higher Self?

You don’t need to have all the answers—curiosity is enough—but having a sense of direction helps align your energy and the session itself.

2. Create Your List of Questions

In QHHT, you’ll have the rare opportunity to ask your Higher Self anything. Most practitioners recommend preparing 10–15 questions in advance. These might include:
