QHHT stands for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, a method of hypnosis developed by Dolores Cannon. $200 Test Anxiety Support for High School Students (Grades 10–12)
Many high-achieving students experience intense stress around exams—racing thoughts, blanking out, physical tension, or fear of failure. Hypnotherapy offers a calm, supportive way to help students manage test anxiety and approach exams with greater confidence and focus.
In this one-hour session, students are guided into a relaxed, focused state where we work on:
Reducing test-related anxiety and overwhelm
Building confidence and self-trust
Improving focus, recall, and calm thinking during exams
Developing tools they can use before and during tests
Sessions are age-appropriate, gentle, and collaborative. Students remain fully aware and in control at all times. Hypnotherapy does not replace academic support or medical care, but it can be a powerful complement to traditional study and test-prep strategies.
