How to prepare for your QHHT Session.

Unlock the power of your subconscious with confidence and clarity

If you're reading this, chances are you're feeling called to explore a deeper part of yourself—your subconscious, past lives, or even your soul's purpose. A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session can be a life-changing experience, offering profound insight and healing. But like any transformative journey, preparation is key.

Here’s everything you need to know to prepare for your first QHHT session and get the most out of it.

1. Set a Clear Intention

Before your session, take some quiet time to reflect on why you’re drawn to QHHT. Ask yourself:

  • What do I hope to discover or heal?

  • What clarity am I seeking?

  • Am I open to receiving guidance from my Higher Self?

You don’t need to have all the answers—curiosity is enough—but having a sense of direction helps align your energy and the session itself.

2. Create Your List of Questions

In QHHT, you’ll have the rare opportunity to ask your Higher Self anything. Most practitioners recommend preparing 10–15 questions in advance. These might include:

  • What is my life purpose?

  • Why do I have a recurring pattern with [a person/situation]?

  • What is the cause of my chronic health issue, and how can I heal it?

  • Have I lived past lives, and are they influencing my current life?

  • How can I best align with joy, peace, or abundance?

Write your questions down and bring them with you to your session. Your practitioner will go over them with you beforehand.

3. Avoid Alcohol, Caffeine, and Heavy Meals

To enhance your clarity and energetic sensitivity:

  • Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your session

  • Limit or skip caffeine the morning of your session (you want to be relaxed, not jittery)

  • Eat a light, healthy meal before you arrive—enough to feel nourished but not sluggish

4. Get a Good Night’s Sleep

Being well-rested allows you to enter a deeply relaxed state more easily during hypnosis. Try to get a full night’s sleep before your session. If possible, keep your morning calm and grounded—avoid scheduling stressful appointments or errands beforehand.

5. Dress Comfortably

You’ll be lying down for an extended period during the hypnosis portion of the session, so wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Bring a sweater or layers if you tend to get cold.

6. Come With an Open Mind (and Heart)

One of the most powerful things you can bring to your session is a sense of trust—in the process, your practitioner, and yourself. The information and healing you receive may not always come in the way you expect, but it will always be what you most need.

Let go of judgment or overthinking, and allow the experience to unfold naturally.

7. Clear Your Day if Possible

QHHT sessions can last anywhere from 4 to 6 hours, including the interview, hypnosis, and debriefing. It’s a deep, immersive process—ideally, you’ll want the rest of your day to yourself afterward. Time to rest, journal, or just integrate quietly can be incredibly beneficial.

8. Bring a Journal

After your session, you’ll want to capture anything that stood out—insights, feelings, memories, or synchronicities. Many practitioners provide a recording of the session, but your personal reflections are just as important for long-term integration.

Preparing for your first QHHT session isn’t about doing more—it’s about being more present, open, and aligned with your inner wisdom. The more you bring your intention, questions, and willingness to trust, the more your Higher Self can reveal.
